Watched with Friends (Contacts)
It would be great if when entering a movie in advance or logging after I could select a friend(s) that I saw the movie with. It’s important to me to remember who I saw a movie with, especially in a theater. Right now I do this with Letterboxd tags (e.g. with-mateo or with-mom). You can access the address book to offer autocomplete of names, showing the profile picture and having a stable identifier (per device sadly) so that new visualizations can be created such as “You and Mateo saw mostly romcoms together in 2026”.

The current tag system (which I'll admit needs some UI work) supports marking a tag as one of several tag types, one of them being person. Once you start using that a new section appears in the Home Screen. It's fairly new, and I plan to build it out more in the future.
