Total Value Calculation Error
“Fees waived” and “Booking fees” both being counted in the Total Value, so all fees are being doubled.

Okay. Seems I was very confused by having both the saved fees and convenience fees fields and had them both filled out. I assumed they were meant to be both filled out to allow for specificity in what was being discounted where. I have corrected my entries and it seems all is well now! Thanks for the quick assist!

Awesome! Glad that’s all it was. I had to make a lot of behind the scenes changes to make those popup bubbles worked and was hoping I didn’t miss something. Thanks for bringing it up though. I’ll see if I can make that a bit clearer for newer users.
Do you mind telling me which subscription program you are tracking, and maybe attaching a couple screenshots. Or if you are comfortable with it, do a backup export and email it using the contact us button? A single movie should only really have a value in either the saved fees or convenience fee field. Not both.
