Indefinite Tix Email Bug

New user here! I was adding everything manually then saw the ability to forward my ticket emails and sync my movies that way. It seems to be working very smoothly except one of the movies got hung up, and is forever showing a loading screen. It doesn’t really break anything else, it’s just super annoying to see it sitting there, and on my main screen it says “1 Ticket Needs You”. Hope you can find a fix for this soon! I think the only thing that happened that might have caused this was forwarding a bunch of emails at once and then swiping to ignore (for the movies I already added) and/or adding them to my list of movies I’ve seen rapidly. It just got hung up on one movie.

Yea, that banner being stuck there would drive me crazy. I think I have an idea what this could be. Would you be able to send a few screenshots? You can also send them to hello@reelsavings.app if that’s easier.

Thanks. I think I identified it, and it’s a pretty simple fix. If you are interested email me at hello@reelsavings.app. I can get you on the test version to fix your install, and double check it works. I just need that email to have an address to send the invite to.
