It’s not bad but honestly why I wanted Google Calendar was to be able to invite people. Yes I can do that from Apple Calendar but it’s a bit annoying as I live in GCal so Apple Calendar isn’t set up at all with an account to email from and it’s going to cause my main calendar to get out of sync. I did set up the iCal feed option and its nice to at least be able to see my movies on my main calendar app.
I can look into what doing this will entail. In the meantime, you should be able to work around this fairly easily. The app creates the calendar in iCloud. You should be able to subscribe to the iCloud calendar in Google Calendar. Let me know if you have any issues with this. Here are some instructions on how to do so: https://support.google.com/calendar/thread/64821924/how-do-i…
TIL, thanks!
After using this for a bit let me know if it seems reliable. It should, but I haven’t tried it for any prolonged period of time. If it works well I may add a tooltip to the app. I doubt you are the only Google Calendar user that uses the app and would appreciate this.
I guess another way to do this would be if Reel Savings could support adding to an existing calendar on the phone.
