It's pretty strange how they do it. They don't cover 70mm with the membership so I've been entering like this, and even if you purchase their membership for the premium upcharge to be covered also, 70mm is excluded from that so that fee will always be there
Ahh I see what you mean. Would entering it like this work for you? That’s how it’s designed to allow you to put in credit for a ticket that isn’t fully covered. Or are you wanting full tracking of Premium Upcharges? I could enable that field. We use it for Regal. Let me think how I can do it without overloading the UI and making it confusing.
I would love to have a premium upcharge section if it's at all possible just for the QOL of using it but if it's too much clutter I can totally just keep doing it this way! I was just thinking continuity wise for entering tickets in this situation it might be nice
Yea, I get it. Let me play around with it and see of if I can figure out good UX to do it.
Just curious to make sure I understand. How a case like that is intended to work for a custom chain membership is you would put the total value in ticket value and the amount discounted in the ticket discount line. Like the attached screenshot. I personally don’t use the custom membership feature, so if an alternative entry method makes sense I can consider it.
