App crash
Just updated to 2026.11, and now the app crashes when tapping the Movies tab.

In an attempt to troubleshoot, I did a manual and iCloud backup of my data. Then, uninstalled and reinstalled. The crashing persists and now all of my data is incorrect. Based on the Review tab (since I cannot open the movies tab) the movie info was brought in. But all of my savings details were reset and now my data is incorrect (i.e. individual savings per movie, rewards redeemed, fees saved). I have essentially lost all the critical data

Got a fix. If you are willing to give it a test while waiting for Apple to review it drop me an e-mail at hello@reelsavings.app. I can invite you to a Test Flight version then. Long story short. I was using a small iOS 27 feature, that Apple's compilers ignored until iOS27 was released. First release post iOS27 it became active, and caused iOS18 devices to crash. Took me a few days, because the bad code was something I haven't touched in months. 🫠 As far as your data. I expect it to clean itself up when you launch this new version. If not the data management section should have a backup from right after the update available that you can restore from.
There should be an update available in the App Store now. Let me know how it goes for you please.
