Adding a Custom Lifetime Membership

Hi, I'd like to add a lifetime membership from my local theater- but in the app, there are only options to add memberships with monthly or annual renewals.

I can do that, I just didn’t realize that was a thing. You just need a lifetime option and otherwise everything else will work how you need it?
