Add support for multiple a list accounts

Just a small update to this. I added a feature where you can attribute the second ticket for a movie to another loyalty program. So you should be able to log each movie once and tag the second movie as A-List 2 or whatever you decided to call it.

I think a coming update will help with this. You will be able to create your own memberships. It’s more designed for adding smaller regional programs, but I don’t see why you couldn’t make one called A-List 2 or whatever. The downside would be is you would have to log every movie twice. I’ll see if I can come up with a better way to accommodate this.
